Duties:
- Responsible for all curriculum related tasks for all classrooms based on the curriculum director provides.
- Collaborate with teachers to post weekly parent messages about the curriculum.
- Provides and ensures the teacher has the supplies needed for the week and holds teachers accountable for the lesson plan and quality of program.
- Updates Brightwheel daily and social media platforms weekly.
- Verifies positive teacher interactions and assists the director with accountability of minimum standards.
- Ensures teacher does the assessment and reflections each day/week and helps with the process.
- Provides assessments to parents each month and ensures and does parent progress on child's learning in person every 6 months.
- Willing to step into the classroom or help teachers, yet encourages independence.
- Assists director with other tasks such as bus transportation, paperwork, facility management, closing, and anything else she may need.
Requirements:
- Experience in curriculum development in an childcare setting
- Proficiency in technology and other tools
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must have a valid Drivers License.
- Must have a highschool diploma or GED.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
