Our Corporate Office in Westminster, CO is hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk for our team. Please note this is an on-site position working in our office full time.
Under routine supervision and guidance, the AR Clerk is responsible for posting all payments onto customer’s accounts on a daily basis as well as maintaining an excellent customer service relationship with current and potential customers. The AR Clerk will assist with other accounting and receptionist duties as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the Alpine Computer system to post all payments to appropriate customer accounts
- Completion of Lien Waver paperwork
- Effectively and professionally handle customer service-related phone calls
- Deposit payments using Wells Fargo CEO portal
- Assist the Credit Department researching potential new accounts
- Research/Audit customer accounts
- Work with location managers to assist customers
- Cover corporate switchboard / reception duties as necessary, assist with mail distribution
Experience/Education/Skills Required:
- H.S. diploma, some college level accounting helpful
- Basic Microsoft Office software skills
- Strong attention to detail
- 2+ years working in an office environment where teamwork is essential
- English language spoken and written
- Above average competency in math
- Critical thinking / problem solving skills

Salary Range: $19.50-$25.00 Per Hour
