Our highly service oriented, Oral Surgery practice in Arvada is looking for a skilled Dental Front Office treatment Coordinator. This position is a vital resource within our practice and brings a wealth of clinical and operational skills necessary to take our practice to the next level. Salary based on experience. Essential Functions:
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting new and existing patients, make sure all patient information is entered correctly into the EMR, scanning, follow up on unscheduled treatment, appointment confirmations.
- Proper handling of patient inquiries and concerns, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
- Provide information about the Practice, locations, contracted insurance companies, services provided.
- Insurance verification
- Must be able to learn/understand various insurance plans, PPO, HMO, and discount plans
- Transmit information or documents to patients, using computer, mail, or facsimile machine.
- Must always represent the practice in a professional and pleasant manner.
- Must maintain regular consistent and punctual attendance in accordance with assigned schedule and time off policies.
- Must be comfortable and efficient when handling deadlines and task assignments.
- Must be able to work both independently and cooperatively in team settings.
- Learn to operate new office technologies as they are developed and implemented.
- Occasionally there may be some travel between locations
- Other duties and tasks as assigned periodically.
