Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Systems Integration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless integration, implementation, and troubleshooting of complex systems. Your expertise in systems engineering processes, compliance with ARP4754, and hands-on experience will be essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Systems Integration and Troubleshooting:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various subsystems and components.
- Troubleshoot system-level issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Systems Engineering Processes:
- Define and execute systems engineering processes in alignment with ARP4754 (Guidelines for Development of Civil Aircraft and Systems).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Engine Controls and FADEC:
- Strongly required: Hands-on experience with Engine Controls and Full Authority Digital Engine Control (FADEC) systems.
- Contribute to the design, development, and testing of engine control systems.
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE):
- Required or strongly recommended: Prior experience in system engineering using MBD (Model-Based Design) or MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) approaches.
- Leverage modeling tools to capture system requirements, architecture, and behavior.
- Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Testability:
- Recommended: Familiarity with system and sub-system design aspects related to DFM and Design for Testability.
- Optimize designs for efficient manufacturing and testing processes.
- Safety Engineering:
- Desirable: Exposure to safety engineering requirements and analysis as part of system engineering activities.
- Ensure system safety, reliability, and compliance with industry safety standards.
- Project Leadership:
- Over 10 -15 years of experience in systems engineering and project leadership.
- Lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and drive successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software for systems engineering.
