Job Description:
FirstClose is seeking a Vice President of Sales with a proven track record of closing new business. FirstClose offers a SAAS based application targeting financial institutions throughout North America and after 15+ years of success we are ready to expand our market share. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives, and we are prepared to reward the right individuals for their success. The ideal candidate will have experience selling solution based software. Title insurance and real estate closing services is a big plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:

As a Vice President of Sales you are expected to work with C-Level decision makers at Credit Unions and Banks and understand the complexity of completing the full sales cycle.

Work directly with the Marketing Team to identify, present and close new business opportunities.

Understand and be able to clearly articulate the company’s value proposition for the targeted markets.

Understanding the customer needs and requirements, and articulate how our product diminishes their pain points.

Aggressive follow up skills leading to closing 30% of the qualified leads given to you.

Gathering all configs needed to implement software at highest level of efficiency.

Complete Salesforce reporting on entire sales cycle, projections, ROI from campaigns

Coordinate Conference Schedule for staff, coordinate meetings with clients and vendors at conferences

Work with Attorney’s on redline to customer contracts

Manage Traction software, statuses, tasks, meetings and to-do lists
Requirements

Proficient in GoTo Meetings

Proficient in Salesforce
-
Ability to travel within the United States up to 10% of the time.

Valid US driver’s license

Banking, credit union, or real estate experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
