Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently to update customer records
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback
- Maintain phone etiquette standards while interacting with customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to support customer needs effectively
Skills:
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish language skills are advantageous
- Experience in sales or outbound calling is beneficial
- Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to upsell products or services to enhance customer experience
