**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data collection and management, and will be responsible for accurately entering information into our database systems. The role involves working in a office environment, utilizing computer software and administrative skills to efficiently manage and organize various types of data.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and organize data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize computer software, including Microsoft Office and Excel, to efficiently complete tasks.
- Communicate with other employees to enter schedules into the system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to organizational standards and protocols.
- Perform data entry duties in a timely and efficient manner, meeting deadlines and productivity goals.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Organize and maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to office policies and procedures.
- Assist with data collection, including researching and verifying information.
- Identify and report any errors or discrepancies to supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, is essential.
- Experience with databases and data collection is highly valued.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
