General Purpose: The individual holding this position is required to support and demonstrate their commitment to the Longevity Health Statement of Purpose, which is: To improve the health and quality of life of nursing home residents by caring for their unique medical, social, and emotional needs.
This role is a unique blend of clinical, operations and IT expertise including coordination of data collection, organization, storage, plus facilitation of organizational advanced data analytics, ISNP health plan operations and overall clinical performance optimization and delivery. Primary objective of this role is to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of clinical delivery. The Vice President of Clinical Delivery will focus on corporate priorities, strategic imperatives, organizational goals and line of sight to ensure the clinical team produces measurable, data driven results while leading projects and implementation of clinical optimization delivery.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Constantly assess and organize data collection, including identifying key sources of valuable data for purposes of understanding how to improve clinical delivery

Coordinate development, implementation improvement, maintenance of data capture, ingestion, qualitizing, cleaning, storing across key areas requiring clinical data for organization. This activity entails tight integration of activities between IT, Operations, Clinical, Medical Economics and Finance to assure consistency, avoid redundancy and effective data cleanliness, access and quality.

Coordinate, synthesize and oversee clinical analytics including payor partner relationships and reporting

Coordinate with Finance and Medical Economics around sophisticated and comprehensive data analytics including reporting mechanisms.

Coordinate with above teams to access qualitized contemporary data to assure the appropriate teams have access and can generate strategic insights to drive informed clinical decision-making and optimization strategies for enhanced clinical outcomes and operations.

Support organizational analytics activity while leading Clinical strategy on relevant clinical analytics providing guidance to Clinical Teams, including associated mentorship, and leading collaborative efforts on an inter-disciplinary basis with Teams addressing

Engage with clinical staff, operational leaders, and senior executives to understand their data needs, identify gaps in current capabilities, and provide solutions for performance improvements.

Provide strategic support to manage and improve healthcare quality measures including but not limited to Star Measures, HEDIS measures, and others in collaboration with market leadership.

Provide strategic support in collaboration with Finance, Market Operations, Clinical and Medical Economics teams for medical expense management initiatives in collaboration with medical economics and leveraging data to identify areas of potential improvement and recommend strategic actions.

Partner with IT teams to ensure optimal utilization of healthcare information systems and technologies, promoting seamless data extraction and analysis.

Oversee the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) for clinical operations, establishing clear metrics to track performance, and identify areas for improvement.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, utilizing data to drive process improvement initiatives and optimize clinical operations across the organization.

Direct the planning, design, and execution of complex projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and contribute to enhancing patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Facilitate the communication of complex data analytics and performance optimization strategies to non-technical stakeholders, enabling the understanding and application of data-driven insights in everyday practice.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies in all areas of clinical operations, minimizing risk.

Meet specific divisional targets for cost-of-care and provider satisfaction.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
Credentials & Coverage:
-
Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record and proof of automobile insurance required. [all roles]

Auto liability insurance coverage per minimum required by home state.
Education and Training:
-
Master’s degree in related field (IT, Business, Analytics, etc) required.
Knowledge and Experience:
-
10+ years’ experience total combining time working within clinical care coordination, utilization management, clinical coding and clinical analytics.

5+ years working within a Health Plan with a portion if not all of that within an ISNP Health Plan.

Advanced understanding of clinical data analytics required.

Advanced understanding of ISNP Health Plan operational oversight required.

Strong project development and implementation skills.

Focused on strategic business goals to produce measurable results.

Experienced in data visualization, managed care operations, healthcare billing, dual-plan processes, technical analysis, and performance optimization.

Clinical licensure optional (RN, Nurse Practitioner).

Preferred advanced degree (MBA, MSN, MHA).
