The duties of a Lighting Specialist include, but are not limited to:
- Answering customer calls.
- Making outbound sales and cold calls.
- Entering sales orders.
- Providing timely acknowledgment on orders, quotes, etc.
- Reviewing and updating status on open orders within our system.
- Working with production and shipping to obtain accurate and timely information.
- Handling returns.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent listening skills to fully understand the customer.
- Demonstrate the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented.
- Demonstrate multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Lighting industry product knowledge is helpful, but not required.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday.
- open 7 am to 5:30 pm
- 40 hour work week
