Responsibilities:
As our Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting Ketone-IQ’s specialty retail unit through:

Sales & Account Management

Identify, pitch, and secure new specialty retail accounts nationwide to drive sales growth

Manage key accounts by maintaining regular contact to ensure sales targets are met

Develop comprehensive understanding of key account needs across various verticals (running, biking, snow sports, golf, outdoors)

Conduct audits and analyze account-level sales data to identify growth opportunities

Client Relations

Deliver exceptional customer service to foster strong, lasting client relationships

Proactively address and resolve client issues and complaints in a timely manner

Data Analysis & Reporting
-
Analyze sales data and performance metrics, providing recommendations to management

Provide detailed reports on retailers’ feedback and sales performance to management

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Maintain consistent communication with the Sales team to ensure goal alignment

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams

Marketing Support

Represent the company at trade shows, events, and other marketing initiatives to generate leads (may require weekend work)

Industry Knowledge

Qualifications:

You have proven track record of sales account management

Demonstrated ability to approach accounts in an innovative and creative way to expand the business

Experience in cold prospecting new accounts to expand retailers network

Proficient in Excel, must be confident managing large data sets
