Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavioral Direct Care Professional to join our team in the Anoka area. In this role, you will work closely with individuals in a community residential setting, providing essential support and assistance. Responsibilities:
Provide direct care and support to individuals in a community residential setting.
Implement behavioral interventions and strategies as directed by professional oversight.

Requirements:
Previous experience working in a similar setting or in a similar helping profession is required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
Commitment to professional growth and development.
Must be able to work full time, with a schedule of 3-11, including every-other weekend.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
