ART is currently looking for a full-time Finacial Controller. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and will be based in Miami (Doral), Florida.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage Cash Flow;
- Act as audit liaison;
- Assist in budget preparation;
- Ensure financial compliance;
- Assist junior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings;
- Assist with other accounting projects; and
- Other duties as assigned.
NICE TO HAVES, BUT NOT REQUIRED:

Experience using Quantum Controls Software or QAV; and
- Experience in the aviation industry.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Batchelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting or a related professional field;
- Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company work product and related policies and procedures;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel use is required);
- Be able to work regular business hours (8 AM to 5 PM);
- Able to communicate orally and in writing in a professional manner;
- Strong business ethics; and
- Be 18 years or older and have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
