Agile Decision Sciences (ADS), a wholly owned subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a DoD Clinical Health Policy Analyst to support a DHA contract.
Clearance: US Citizen with ability to obtain Secret clearance
Responsibilities:
- Provide a wide range of support for the Defense Health Agency, Medical Affairs/Clinical Support Division to include policy development, quality assurance, research, and approvals facilitation
- Facilitate the development, approval and maintenance of clinical health policy documentation (e.g., Administrative Instructions (AI))
- Track the status of clinical health documentation through approval stages and monitor upcoming deadlines. Examples of AI (sample includes: Informed Consent for Medical and Dental Care, Diagnostic and Treatment Procedures)
- Coordinated reviews and updates received from the Office of General Counsel (OGC) as part of the adjudication process for the AI documents.
- Draft the necessary package documents in preparation for submission of AI and other documents formal coordination through senior leadership approval signatures;
- Review relevant legislative and federal agency documents in support of the development of the Medical Affairs Policy Memo’s and other current legislative items (sample includes: tracking medical tissue and medical devices).
- Assist with drafting Medical Affairs Policy Memo’s for the Surgical Clinical Community and Medical Affairs Leadership review
- Review and adjudicate edits/comments for clinical health best practice documentation received from the clinical health community
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors in a health related field or other health related degree such as a Nurse or Physician Assistant
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as analyst or policy specialist, in a government health related environment
- Must be a US Citizen with ability to obtain a Secret level clearance.
- Ability to successfully pass a DHA background investigation.
