Luxury resort looking for an Executive Chef to run their F&B operations to raise culinary offerings of the property.
Qualifications
- Minimum Michelin 1 star, Forbes 5 star experience mandatory
- Multi outlet management (resort preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience as Executive Chef at a similar hotel/resort
- Mentorship, attitude, friendly personality, and natural leadership skills VERY important in this role
- Responsible for budgets, payroll, scheduling, food costs, labor costs, menu creativity, quality control etc.
- Banquet experience required
