Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the following projects to completion:
a) Revise the Employee Handbook and upload it to the HRIS platform.
b) Develop a standardized format for updating policies and procedures. Convert existing and new policies and procedures into this format.
c) Audit personnel files and verify compliance with ISO 9001 and federal requirements.
· Provide administrative support to the HR Department as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
This position requires an individual with the following skills/attributes:
- High School diploma.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat DC, or similar software.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
