```Duties```
- Evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional condition to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy programs to help patients improve their daily living skills
- Provide therapeutic interventions such as exercises, activities, and adaptive equipment to promote independence and functional abilities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure comprehensive treatment plans
- Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on techniques for managing their condition and promoting overall well-being
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience in specific areas such as speech therapy, pediatrics, critical care, or occupational health is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
