We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and offboarding processes
- Administer HR systems and databases, such as Alliance and Clarkit
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related matters
- Conduct employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop training programs
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality
-Will also be responsible for AP processing as well
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of human resources principles and practices
- Strong understanding of employment labor laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
