Position: Client Care Coordinator/Administrative Position for a Thriving Dog Walking, Pet Sitting Company
About Us: We are a rapidly expanding Pet Care Company seeking a dynamic Client Care Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients and pet sitters and ensuring the well-being of pets. This 100% work-from-home position combines client care coordination and administrative assistant roles to create a rewarding and dynamic work experience.
Roles and Responsibilities: Client Care Coordinator is Friday through Sunday, where you will be the first point of contact for clients, prospects, and pet sitters. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Educating clients about our dog walking and pet sitting services.
- Coordinating and prioritizing service requests efficiently.
- Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and text messages.
- Matching clients with the best-fit pet care team.
- Addressing client complaints professionally, involving management when necessary.
- Collaborating with the Admin Team to ensure optimal staffing levels.
Administrative Assistant duties on Mondays and Tuesdays include supporting various administrative tasks and projects.
Key Job Tasks for both positions:
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly answering calls and responding to emails.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and build rapport with clients and pet sitters.
- Utilize Gmail, Google Drive, and other office computer technology proficiently.
- Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and speed.
- Thrive in a fast-paced setting, exhibiting multitasking abilities.
- Maintain a flexible schedule with fluctuating hours as the job pays for hours worked.
- Work from a well-equipped home office, ensuring a stable internet connection.
- Document Preparation:
- Drafting, formatting, and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Proofreading materials for errors.
- Filing and Organization:
- Maintaining organized electronic filing systems for documents and records.
- Managing both physical and digital filing systems.
- Meeting and Event Coordination:
- Arranging and organizing meetings and events.
- Coordinating logistics, such as room setup, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
- Assisting with HR Tasks:
- Supporting human resources functions, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding.
- Maintaining Confidentiality:
- Handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Technology Support:
- Assisting colleagues with basic IT issues or coordinating support from the IT department.
Job Specifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:
- Previous experience with Gmail and Google Drive.
- Proficiency in office computer technology and software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle stress and crisis situations.
- Fast typing skills and experience in data entry.
- Sound judgment and critical thinking.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Previous experience using office software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
Job Types: Part-time (with the opportunity for Full-time) Contract, Part-time
Hourly Rate Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Day shift PST Timezone (9 am - 5 pm, Friday & Saturday, 10 am - 6 pm, Sundays. Hours are negotiable on Mondays and Tuesdays)
Supplemental Pay Types: Bonus pay, Commission pay
