The Business Administrative Analyst will provide business management support services.
Duties:
The Business Administrative Analyst will provide business management support services for Division supported to include:

travel validation and coordination (DTS services)

project management and workflow support (TMT)
-
awards/events planning support
-
coordination/reporting for manpower, personnel, and resourcing
-
vault entry monitoring/visitor escort
-
meeting support and coordination services
-
division administration support, which can include briefing package development/coordination/assembly of materials and correspondence/calendar management
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience as an administrative coordinator desired.

Experience providing business administrative services to include project-based assigned work, coordination and working with senior leadership and staff members.

Capability to arrange meetings, conference calls, and appointments as well as organizational capability and attention to detail.

Ability to review and edit a variety of office documents to include Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook items as well as systems of record in use within the division/organization.

Familiarity with Army Structure and processes highly desired.
Required Education:
-
B.S/B.A. degree in a relevant discipline.
Required Experience:
-
Two to Five (2-5) years of experience in a site lead/business administrative analyst role.
