At DSG, our Support Technicians play a crucial role in our success and are at the core of our service offerings. You will have the opportunity to provide onsite and remote support to clients, tackling a wide variety of technical issues that will keep you engaged and expose you to the latest technologies daily.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and onsite support to DSG clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues related to computer hardware and software.
- Configure and troubleshoot issues related to Windows Desktops, Endpoint Security, Active Directory Accounts, Client VPNs, Microsoft 365, and other leading Cloud Solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to identify solutions to customer support requests, escalating to senior team members or external resources as needed.
- Travel locally to client sites to provide scheduled IT and network support, address outstanding concerns, and assist with project implementations when appropriate.
- Interact with clients and communicate with leadership effectively.
Qualifications:
- Three to five years of related experience, ideally working with external clients in the Managed Services or IT Services industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
- A passion for creating an unmatched customer service experience.
- Availability to work flexible hours and onsite at customer locations.
- Industry certifications such as A+ and Network+ are preferred.
- Prior Managed Service experience is a plus.
