We are looking for a Senior Data Product Manager to oversee our data products and focus on efficiently optimizing for accurate and timely outcomes. This role will seek to understand the needs of external and internal stakeholders, formulate a product strategy, and maintain a roadmap to achieve the company’s goals. The ideal candidate will be able to wield technical and data concepts to achieve product objectives expertly.
Accountabilities
- Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement a data product strategy that aligns with our mission to increase positive data outcomes.
- Lifecycle Management: Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, efficiently optimizing for accurate and timely outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to integrate data products into our product offerings, ensuring they meet internal and external needs.
- Roadmap Development: Maintain a dynamic data product roadmap that reflects our commitment to automation and efficiency, balancing technological advancements with client requirements.
- Feedback Integration: Establish a robust feedback loop with all stakeholders to continuously refine our data products, emphasizing the reduction of manual interventions.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and address risks in our data processing and automation systems, ensuring reliability and accuracy.
- Data Literacy Promotion: Enhance organization-wide data literacy by creating clear documentation and workflows for our data products.
- Innovation: Actively looking for ways to leverage existing and new data sources to enhance and/or create new products and services that the market needs or will find valuable.

Required skills and qualifications
- Experience: At least 4 years in product management, data science, or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and managing data products.
- Skills: Expertise in defining, scoping, and automating complex data processes. Strong background in ER modeling, data structure design, and data flow diagrams. Technical proficiency in SQL and experience with APIs.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with data warehousing, cloud platforms, and modern data stacks.
- Industry Insight: Prior experience in healthcare software or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strategic Aptitude: Ability to think strategically and plan for growth and monetization initiatives.
- Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile or Scrum environment. Proficient in software development tools like Jira and Confluence.
