It’s rare in business to join a company that is truly game-changing —- one that is transforming the very nature of its industry. It’s even rarer to claim an entry-level position at such a company where one can have a meaningful daily impact on the lives of customers, partners and colleagues. The position of Loan Officer Assistant at Real Estate Mortgage Advisors is just such a position.
Operating in our breakthrough model — where a full-service mortgage company (called an IntroLend Chapter) is housed inside a real estate brokerage — you’ll be assisting the Senior and Executive Finance Managers of your Chapter to originate loans for its real estate agents. In the process, you’ll learn how to personally use our in-house platform (IntroTech) to move these loans successfully through the pipeline — from providing borrower support on our digital mortgage application, through issuing pre-approvals, to advising on the best loan product, to final loan closing.
You’ll also be exposed to IntroLend’s robust network of retail and wholesale lenders, who provide our borrowers with the most competitive loan rate and terms, while driving vital mortgage revenue to the Chapter. By working hard, growing each day, and supporting your colleagues in our exciting, collaborative environment, you’ll place yourself on track to earn promotion to the position of Senior Finance Manager, where you will serve the Chapter as a licensed mortgage originator.
