Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safe work environment protocols, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
- Conceptualize and design initial project plans, coordinating detailed engineering work.
- Schedule, conduct, and oversee engineering tasks to ensure project alignment with objectives.
- Lead technical training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge.
- Serve as an Authorized Project Reviewer, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 8-10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
- PE license preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to monitor and enforce safety practices within projects.
- Experience with risk assessment and management in engineering contexts.
- Proficient in planning and scheduling engineering workflows.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading technical teams.
- Familiarity with project review and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
