Elevation Pediatric Therapy, LLC is a small business in Winston-Salem, NC. We are a team of qualified professionals and our goal is to provide personalized and effective treatment for children or young adolescents diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. We use the principles and fundamentals of behavior analysis to assess, work with, and treat the individuals we serve.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Provide behavioral therapy and interventions to individuals with ASD
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and caregivers to ensure coordinated care
- Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and other professionals working with individuals with ASD
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
- Stay current on the latest research and best practices in the field of behavioral health
Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Proficient in conducting diagnostic evaluations and assessments
- Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and interventions
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages with ASD
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
