ADMINSTRATIVE OFFICE ASSISTANT -
This is a newly created position with tremendous room for growth.
THIS POSITION IS LOOKING FOR AN UPBEAT GO GETTER WHO IS AN ORGANIZED OFFICE INFORMATION SPECIALIST.
MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBITIES ARE MANAGING VARIOUS ASPECTS OF QUALITY RECORDS AND ORDER
- Experience entering orders, linking them to the correct file
- Digital filing
- Organizing the documents in the compupter system
- Review new customer Website accounts
- Support Customer Service administrative tasks
- Operate various customer portal order management systems
- Manage Quality compliance documents
- Must have excellent organization and written skills
- Ability to meet deadline
- Back up Receptionist

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
