A Customer Service Representative manages outbound/inbound phone calls on a portfolio of commercial accounts. We are the initial third-party contact to our client's customers, communicating in a clear and professional manner to find solutions on accounts in arrears, to identify potential credits or disputes, resolve discrepancies, etc., until accounts are resolved.
