ACADDYS® telecast takes a global audience on a mesmerizing journey into the imaginative minds shaping the visual narrative of our collective future.
We seek a dynamic Social Media Manager to develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and community engagement. You will create content for our museum project, music production camps, and mixers, including the upcoming event with the USC Alumni Association.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy:
- Develop strategies to build support for the fashion museum.
- Create engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
2. Content Creation:
- Highlight Academy events, music camps, and mixers.
- Document artists and activities at music camps and mixers.
3. Community Engagement:
- Engage with the online community and foster relationships with local artists and influencers.
4. Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for events and workshops.
- Track and analyze campaign performance.
5. Executive Support:
- Assist with social media for the executive’s film and music production businesses.
- Coordinate with executives for planning regular dinner parties for creatives and stakeholders.
- Ensure that the executive’s seven or eight complex projects are managed efficiently, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
6. Event Coverage:
- Provide live coverage of Academy events, music camps, and mixers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools.
- Creative mindset and storytelling skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Script Coverage: Proficient in providing detailed script coverage and feedback.
- Fashion Trends: Stay up-to-date on all the latest fashion trends and designers.
- Music Theory: Familiar with music theory and can assist with music production projects as needed.
- Event Planning: Adept in event planning and organizing.
- Networking: Skilled in cold outreach and networking on behalf of the organization.
- CRM Software: Knowledgeable about CRM software, specifically HubSpot.
- Project Management: Knowledgeable in project management software, specifically Monday.com.
- SEO and Digital Marketing: Proficient in SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Music Publishing: Aware of how music publishing works.
