Duties:
- Assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the property
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with tenants
- Utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track tenant interactions and resolve issues
- Assist with property maintenance and coordinate repairs and maintenance requests
- Perform data entry tasks to update tenant information and maintain accurate records
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally, providing information and assistance to tenants
- Assist with upselling additional services or amenities to tenants
- Support the Property Manager in file management and organization
- Collaborate with the Facilities Management team to ensure proper maintenance of the property
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
