We are seeking a part-time or full-time front desk patient care coordinator to join our team. Some dental or medical office experience is preferred, and a great attitude and work ethic, team mentality, and willingness to learn are essential.
As a Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office. You will be responsible for helping to manage the front desk, scheduling appointments, assisting patients, and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. If you have previous experience in a dental office or as a front desk receptionist, along with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing quality patient care, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities include:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Verify patient insurance information and collect payments
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining a clean reception area
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
Helpful qualifications/experience:
- Previous experience working in a dental office or as a front desk receptionist is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and computerized scheduling software
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
