We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, scheduling interviews, and ensuring effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. This role is crucial in helping us attract and hire top talent efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various positions.
- Interview Scheduling:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure all parties are informed and prepared for interviews, providing necessary details and documentation.
- Manage and update the interview schedule to accommodate changes and avoid conflicts.
- Candidate Communication:
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely and professional communication to candidates, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Ensure candidates have a positive experience by keeping them informed of their application status.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of offer letters and other recruitment-related documentation.
- Support the recruiting team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
- Partner with other team members to continuously improve the recruitment process.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance candidate experience and recruitment efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Assistant, or similar role.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
