Job Summary:
At Etac, we count on our Customer Service department to interact professionally with our customers when they have questions or concerns. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team, manage inbound and outbound phone calls and inquiries with a compassionate approach. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can think on their feet and resolve any issues with a customer-first based mentality. Our most successful representatives have the communication and interpersonal skills needed to support, answer questions, and efficiently resolve problems.
Position is based onsite at our R82 facility located in Charlotte, NC.

Essential Job Functions:
To perform the job successfully, the individual must accomplish the following:

Interact with clinical professionals via incoming calls to provide and process information in response to inquiries, requests, and orders for a wide range of highly configurable products.

Resolve concerns and complaints by listening to the customer, determining the cause, and finding a solution using reference documentation and consulting with other team members.

Answer questions on product adjustments and specifications, delivery estimates and tracking details.

Consult with the Customer Service Technician to provide technical information to customers.

Continually learn about our products and retain that knowledge to quickly and accurately assist our customers.

Review customer purchase orders for accuracy and compatibility to corresponding order.

Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Ability to respond effectively to new, complex and problematic situations and adapt your behavior to achieve the best possible customer service.

Education/Experience

High School diploma or GED is required

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required

Proficiency with computer applications and equipment

Bilingual a plus
Working Environment:

Standard working conditions include an office environment and manufacturing environment

Full time (40 hours) schedule 8-5, Monday through Friday.

Position may require extended hours or overtime on occasion

Position requires frequent sitting, wrist manipulation, walking, and standing.

Requires lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
