Sales Representative (Auto Body Industry) Summary
Ben Ami Autocare, a B2B distributor of products for the auto body, detailing, and car wash industries (paints, cleaners, wax & polish, soaps, etc...), is seeking a Outside Sales Representative for accounts within Long Island territory. This person sells products for manufacturer and distributor to business.
Sales Representative (Auto Industry) Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
- Develop and implement plans to take advantage of all sales opportunities for assigned customers in territory.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (inside sales, warranty, production, distribution) to ensure customer success.
- Introduce new products and technical updates to customers.
- Develop and build long-term value-based relationships.
- Strong focus on prospecting and business growth
- Maintain continuous face-time with route customers
Sales Representative (Auto Industry) Qualifications:
- Required minimum of 2 years of outside sales, PBE and Industrial Coating experience.
- Knowledge of Carwash and detail supplies A+.
- Hunter sales mentality
- Self-starter who is highly motivated
- Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing
- Minimum 2 year collge degree
- Previous Sales Reports: A+
Sales Representative (Auto Industry)
- Compensation: Base $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 + Commission – commensurate with experience
