The Opportunity:
This position represents Silipint with consumers and business customers by phone and e-mail, addressing needs,
recommending products, providing solutions and directing leads. In addition, this position will provide internal sales,
marketing, operations, warehouse and production teams with responsive, helpful solutions and recommendations.
Position Responsibility

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on creating a world class customer experience

This position processes orders, escalates complaints, and responds to customer comments across various communication channels, via phone calls and email

Responding promptly to customer inquiries with a world-class customer experience

Communicating accurately with customers through emails and phones

Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Entering orders and managing account details for promotional and wholesale accounts

Filing shipping claims and communicating with shipping couriers

Problem solving customer issues, complaints, and requests while recognizing when escalation is needed

Building rapport with customers to strengthen and grow existing customer base

Helping to promote sales through recommendations of Silipint products

Display and articulate a comprehensive knowledge of all Silipint products

Support and facilitate all sales channels growth and maintenance, including wholesale, promotional, web sales by entering orders, payment information, mockup requests, scheduling inquiries, etc

Collaborating with colleagues and working independently

Manage tradeshow planning and scheduling
Requirements:
- High school diploma.
-
Two years customer service experience.

Communicate effective and clear messaging and tone of Silipint brand, culture, products & services.

Computer savvy with fast, accurate typing skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Mac OS & cloud environments with experience in NetSuite, SalesForce, and Gorgias preferred.

Detail and process oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Production/inventory understanding/conscientiousness & accuracy for order entry.

Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, have a team player mentality, a willingness to learn, and ability to prioritize work.

Ability to manage conflict and negotiate positive outcomes.
