Job Summary:
The Junior Financial Analyst will assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. The Junior Financial Analyst will also support senior analysts in various financial projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze financial data and trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Participate in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers of financial performance.
- Assist in the preparation of financial models and projections.
- Support the development and maintenance of financial dashboards and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and insights.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of financial software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,067.00 - $73,672.00 per year
