Rathe Associates is seeking a skilled Plumbing and Heating Technical Specialist to join our team. In this essential role, you will provide expert technical support and troubleshooting assistance for our hydronic heating, domestic hot water, and HVAC systems. You will be a primary point of contact for clients and distribution partners in the NYC/Long Island area, addressing their technical questions and offering solutions through phone and email. Your knowledge and problem-solving skills will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and success.

Responsibilities
Technical Support: Provide timely and accurate technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or in person, resolving issues related to the installation, operation, and troubleshooting of our equipment.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively assist clients with technical inquiries and ensure optimal use of our products.
Issue Resolution: Work closely with the sales team to identify, assess, and resolve client issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting business growth.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical issues encountered, and solutions provided to contribute to product improvement and customer service excellence.
Market Feedback: Gather and relay feedback from customers regarding product performance, features, and potential improvements to the management team and product development.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of plumbing, heating, and HVAC troubleshooting experience.
- High level of comfort with boiler control wiring.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to mechanical and plumbing equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex technical information in an easily understandable manner.
- Self-motivated and customer-focused, with a proven track record of providing high-quality technical support and customer service.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
