Jeff Tate Paving, Inc. has an immediate opening in our Yeagertown Office for an Administrative Professional. The position works independently in this office so reliability is essential. The ideal person to fill this role must be detail oriented, good with routines, committed to excellent customer service, have a great attitude and be ready to be a key supporting person to the entire company. This is a seasonal business that is generally closed mid November thru late February. This role if FT during the season and 2-4 hours per week over the winter months and are eligible for Unemployment during the weeks the office is closed.
Duties:- Perform various clerical and administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents- Manage incoming calls and emails, redirecting them as necessary- Scheduling sales appointments for our estimator - Maintain office supplies inventory - Bank deposits - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner- Provide excellent customer support - Opening and closing the office each weekday.
Qualifications:- Computer literacy with proficiency in Office 365 Suite- Strong organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures- Attention to detail - Front desk & Microsoft Access experience is a plus
