220 Wine and Spirits is a new distributor in Illinois we are looking for commission based sales reps looking to supplement their income in a fun position filled with perks and great opportunities. If you like people, hosting, sales and success. This is the position for you.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for wine and loves to meet new people while creating lasting relationships
- General Knowledge of wine/sprits
- Lives in the Chicago Metropolitan Area (No Exceptions)
- 2 years Sales Experience ( Wine and Spirits, Restaurant)
- Lead functions and events
- Comfortable calling existing and prospective clients to set wine tastings
- Ability to build long-term relationships through personal interaction
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass background check
General responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the growth of an established sales territory including selling, servicing, merchandising, administration, and accounts receivable
- Plan and execute sales initiatives
- Keep management abreast of competitive information and activity
- Handle any/all customer related issues that arise in your territory
- Have a full understanding of the products and pricing schedules offered
- Demonstrate the ability to make effective sales presentations
- Successfully grow business in all accounts with extra focus on the importance of key volume accounts
- Identify and nurture new accounts as well as opportunity/problem accounts
- Make regular and consistent calls on all customers (phone or in person)
- Monitor inventory at accounts
- Handle all special issues/problems to maintain good customer relationships
- Handle all paperwork issues in a proper and timely manner
- Be aware of and communicate market activity in terms of competitive activity,
THIS POSITION IS 100% COMMISSION BASED (NON NEGOTIABLE)
