Job title: Golf Irrigation/Landscape Product Group Customer Service Representative

Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager, the experienced counter service representative will be primarily responsible for supporting the irrigation department. This position will require the ability to communicate well with others, including internal and customer interactions. The ideal customer service representative will be self-motivated, detail oriented and will possess an efficiency-focused attitude to help us Exceed Customer Expectations.
Note: This is a fully in person role, reporting to our Branchburg, NJ facility.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Input orders into the ERP system using the order folder system;
- Process orders for finished goods and parts;
- Monitor the folder system to ensure orders are flowing according to standard;
- Coordinate with the sales group to assign priorities based on availability;
- Assist territory managers with relevant requests;
- Serve as point of contact for whole goods inventory during year-end physical inventory;
- Support irrigation department by pulling and staging customer orders at the irrigation counter as needed;
- Load/unload trucks and verify equipment/product against shipping documents;
- Support inventory control by maintaining warehousing;
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe manner;
- Dismantle and break down empty boxes, crates, and pallets;
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in the warehouse, racks, bays, and floor;
- Monitor garbage totes and empty as needed.
Qualifications, Competencies & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required;
- 2+ years of relevant business experience is required;
- Valid driver's license is required;
- Ability to lift 50lbs;
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical;
- Strong time management, organizational, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently with moderate supervision in a small team environment;
- Product knowledge is helpful to complete some tasks, but not required.
Work Environment
- Front counter workspace with other counter service representatives, in the warehouse, and out in the yard.

Additional Pay Information
- This position will be eligible for a profit-sharing bonus after one full year of employment
- The pay is dependent on experience
