Job Summary and Description:
This enterprise role is responsible for defining solutions, architectural guidance on large, complex solution development and system integration. The System Architect & Integrator will provide technical leadership to the technical resources and business systems analyst to build the foundation and/or streamline process. Aiming for re-use, high-performance, low-maintenance and high-quality solution.
Responsibilities:
Serves as senior technical expert responsible for the design and implementation of multiple business solution applications and infrastructure platforms.
Work closely relevant team members which include 3rd party consultants, business analysts and developers.
Leverages breadth and depth of IT solutions knowledge to serve as a technical strategist.
Investigate and develop new strategic technologies to extend the scope of our products and platforms and be able to articulate the value, benefit and approach to upper management.
Significantly contribute to identifying best-fit architectural guidance for one or more projects.
Develop design of applications and platforms, provide regular support/guidance to project teams on complex coding and, issue resolution and execution
Champion best practices for analysis, design, development and testing.
Provide technical support to team members
Set and administer standards and mentor and coach technical staff
Lead and drive technical roadmaps, advise management on application and supporting technology purchases as well as future projects or environment upgrades or modifications.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience required
10+ years of progressive broad-based information systems and business experience
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with large corporate IT operations, major IT programs, system integration and technical architecture at the enterprise and inter-enterprise levels.
Demonstrated experience and understanding of business requirements and the process of translating them into well engineered and integrated technical solutions.
Demonstrated ability to generate mathematical and statistical based data analysis models to support architectural and engineering decisions.

Deep understanding on application platforms, development and deployment with strong knowledge of infrastructure and network architecture.
Research new technologies and provide thought leadership regarding how it can be leveraged in the environment.
Expert system architecture fundamentals possessing a deep understanding of how data flows in a system and how to extract the most value out of the platforms for which you are responsible.
Great analytical skills to lead the team on key systems engineering architectural and implementation trade-offs on high performance, low-maintenance, and high-quality products
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
The salary range for this position is $128,250 USD to $149,100 USD annually.
This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on various factors, including without limitation applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
This role is eligible to participate in EPRI’s annual incentive program. The amount of incentive varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.
