Summary:
The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for meeting established sales goals by utilizing a “hunters” mentality. This position is responsible for providing superior quality and service while maintaining the company’s high standards when interacting with customers, employees, partners, and vendors.
Primary Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly & yearly sales quotas across multiple products and services

Create action plan of how to accomplish sales quotas

Develop solid sales techniques using the TSS sales process

Achieve quarterly departmental and personal objectives
-
Make multiple outbound calls daily to current customers in assigned sales areas
-
Ask questions, listen, and verify customer information and needs
-
Build relationships and connections with potential customers
-
Drive specifications and approvals
-
Expand current scopes
-
Trade association- AIA, Boma, etc.

Educate the customer on the benefits of TSS products and services

Explain TSS proven process
-
Follow up on proposals in a timely manner, and close orders

Document customer information in database/CRM

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

Excellent interpersonal, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills

Excellent verbal communication and phone skills

Detail-oriented and able to focus on multiple tasks at one time

Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems

Proficient with Google Apps and Hubspot CRM preferred

This job takes place in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. Office employees are required to wear safety glasses, safety shoes, and a highly visible vest at all times in production areas and labs.
