Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Route Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales within the independent smoke shop and convenient store channels in Iowa City, Cedar Rapids, Waterloo, and surrounding areas. Focusing on placing and growing our exclusive Focus Brands and capturing consistent weekly business from accounts. Vape, tobacco, kratom, THC beverages, snacks, and many more categories totaling over 4,500 items to sell.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Sell and promote company products and services to customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Plan and execute sales calls and visits to customers
- Coordinate and execute new product placement and education
- Ensure that all customer orders are accurately processed
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- 1+ years of tobacco/vape/kratom/CBD experience, preferably in a retail, route sales, or manufacturer role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
