POSITION SUMMARY
Agave is looking for a creative, self-motivated, and driven Lead Generation Specialist who will be primarily responsible for market research, lead generation, and prospect qualification of new target markets, buyer personas, and sale automation leads.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
LEAD GENERATION & RESEARCH
● Prospect leads through relevant channels.
● Qualify leads by levels of interest.
● Initiate cold calls, emails, and other outbound communications.
● Research prospective customers to identify lead channels.
● Create and curate content for inbound lead channels.
● Manage leads in the sales pipeline.
● Organize lead data with CRM tools.
● Coordinate lead gen campaigns with marketing and sales.
● Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data (Surveys, Questionnaires, Opinion Polls)
● Design specific research methods such as questionnaires.
● Support resource for marketing related projects and campaigns.
● Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand.
● Collaborate with Sales Department to develop and implement sales strategies.
● Collaborate with Marketing to create innovative ways to gain exposure for client products.
● Participate in marketing launch and discovery collaboration sessions to design future campaigns.
● Recommend marketing design and messaging based on customer engagement.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Utilize online market research and catalog findings to databases.
● Remain fully informed on market trends and implement best practices.
● Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis.
● Gather and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it.
● Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations.
● Stay informed of any changes in company policies and procedures.
●Provide feedback on product functionality enhancements based on interactions with prospects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
● 1 or more years of sales, marketing, research, or related experience.
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is a plus.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Strong Interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
● Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
● A good sense of humor.
● Able to generate ideas.
● Organize, prioritize, and manage several different tasks at once.
● Good questioning, analytical, decision and presentation skills.
● Good judgment.
