Active Radiator is recruiting for a salaried Customer Service Manager in the Philadelphia region. Our company has continued to experience growth and we are seeking an experienced manager to lead the customer support representatives, sales processing, and order fulfillment to help increase sales. The position will be in our Levittown office but will have extended operations responsibility throughout the Tri-State area with our factories and service shops. Some local travel to other company locations will be required as part of the position.
Responsibilities
Provide ongoing support and training to customer service representatives.
Provide timely updates on orders.
Coordinate with service techs and production.
Review incoming jobs and prepare quoting recommendations.
Support the company’s sales goals and help solicit additional sales opportunities.
Knowledge and Skills
Prior experience with truck parts or heavy equipment parts.
Above average written and verbal skills to communicate effectively with customers over the phone and via email. Proficient MS Office skills required.
Strong attention to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle numerous details, deadlines, and requests.
