RA & Associates is a boutique Personal Injury law firm in Los Angeles.
The Personal Injury Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of PI cases from intake to preparing the file for demands. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
You will have support from a Case Manager Assistant and a Property Damage Assistant.
Prior personal injury experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Managing pre-litigation files
- Opening claims
- Manage client’s medical care keeping in constant communication with client’s and medical providers
- Preparing physical and electronic files for new clients
- Enter pertinent information into CasePeer database.
- Requesting police reports
- Schedule and calendar medical appointments
- Explain procedures and related documentation to clients
- Continuously monitor case status, review medical records
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred
- Excellent communication skills as this position requires heavy client contact
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance terminology is a plus

Pay: Up to $50.00 per hour
