Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Listing Agent Assistant to support our real estate agents in leasing single-family homes. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the real estate department and providing excellent customer service to property owners and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Assist regional Listing Agents with administrative tasks, including but not limited to: scheduling appointments, managing emails, and maintaining organized records.
- Prepare and maintain property listings, ensuring all property details, descriptions, and images are up to date.
Tenant and Owner Communication:
- Act as a liaison between property owners, prospects, and real estate agents, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate property showings, inspections, and viewings, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
Marketing and Advertising:
- Assist in creating marketing materials for property listings, including brochures, online listings, and social media posts.
- Collaborate with real estate agents to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
Market Research:
- Conduct research on local real estate market trends and provide valuable insights to real estate agents to help inform pricing and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree in related field is a plus).
- Real estate license preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in real estate or property management is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
A background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle background search will be required for all final candidates during the application process.
