We’re looking for an experienced Vice President, Clinical Operations. As a key leader you will take the lead on program level responsibilities including forecasting, performance evaluation, quality execution, and reporting. This person will lead and build a team of Clinical Operations professionals who will oversee the strategy for implementation and the execution of clinical programs at Truepill. This role will be tasked with directing all aspects of post discharge programs, telehealth activities, and growth of the division.
Additional responsibilities of this role include improving employee retention, contact rates, consult completion rates, and assisting operational leaders with review of policies and procedures, designing workflow enhancements, and providing direction using strategic initiatives.

You will hire, lead, and manage a team of clinical and non-clinical operations professionals, both internal and external.

You will partner with the growth team to drive expansion and profitability

You will handle vendor management, ensuring efficient execution of contracts and RFPs.

You will focus on technology to drive profitability, user experience, and patient care

You will ensure workforce plans and recruitment forecasts meet expectations and are adhered to

You will lead development and quality of program execution

You will ensure programs are completed with professionals that maintain correct licensure

You will manage clinical operations quality systems, including SOPs, document management, and training

You will lead, plan, and execute goals of the program with the leadership team

You will develop and execute strategic plans for clinical operations in alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements

You will manage relationships with external partners to optimize clinical trial operations and achieve milestones
We're excited about you because...

You possess 10+ years experience in healthcare operations (pharmacy preferred)

You have experience in Contact Center Operations

You hold an Advanced degree (MD, NP, RPh, or equivalent) in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field

You have a proven track record of successfully leading and managing clinical operations teams and overseeing multiple clinical teams simultaneously

You have a solid understanding of how to achieve clinical outcomes and monetization

You are able and willing to travel both locally and non-locally as determined by business need

You possess strong collaboration skills with business and clinical leaders and strong public speaking skills with the ability to know how to share relevant clinical information with operations, business and finance teams

You are able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers, healthcare professionals, physicians and other members of senior administration teams and the general public

You are able to bring groups together and create innovative efficiencies

You are able to assess and react to the external environment and competitive threats

You have solid transformational and change management skills as well as the ability to build trust with employees at all levels of the organization
The salary range for this position is $220,000 to $235,000.
