Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within our organization. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing and onboarding new employees
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonus programs, and employee recognition initiatives
- Lead succession planning efforts to identify high-potential employees for future leadership roles
- Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data and generate reports
- Provide guidance to managers on performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement talent management strategies
- Oversee program management for HR initiatives such as diversity and inclusion programs or wellness initiatives
- Manage workers' compensation claims process in collaboration with insurance providers
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 8+ years of progressive experience in human resources management roles
- Strong knowledge of human capital management principles and best practices
- Proven experience in program management for HR initiatives
- In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to effectively manage and develop a team
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software

Qualifications
- Previous human resources experience crucial - preferably multi-site operation
- Operational management experience preferable
- Team building skills to plan, lead and empower all staff. Ability to collaborate closely with management.
- Previous experience of a HRIS system
- Good written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate and co-ordinate effectively at all levels in the organization. Is eloquent and a completer finisher.
- Motivation - to work alone with no supervision - handling unstructured and diverse workload.
