About the Role
This Manager role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future our team. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of Senior Living Advisors. You'll drive training, coaching, best practices, processes, and procedures across your team ensuring your Senior Living Advisors and Teams quotas are successfully met and accomplished.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage team of Senior Living Advisors within your region, ensuring adequate lead coverage to include implementing night and weekend scheduling/coverage. We are a consumer facing business and Senior Living Advisors need to be available when our families need us.
- Measure success of Senior Living Advisors to include reaching daily call benchmarks, scheduling tours at communities, and converting leads into move-ins resulting in achievement of monthly quota.
- Hold Senior Living Advisors accountable for referrals to other service groups.
- Working alongside Director to develop and implement scripting, coaching, and training programs for your Senior Living Advisors, fostering a culture of caring and empathy for families in crisis situations resulting in top producing Senior Living Advisors.
- Working with Senior Living Advisors and Operations Team to execute community agreements.
- Availability to coach and meet individually with each Senior Living Advisor weekly to ensure best practices and quotas are being met and maintained.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- History of hitting sales quotas
- Strong understanding of Senior Living Platform and sales process.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and training skills.
- Ability to develop and implement best practices and procedures.
- Experience motivating and holding Senior Living Advisors accountable.
- Empathy and compassion for families facing senior care decisions.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
