Job Description
· Provide professional nursing service’s under the direction of a RN in compliance with the State’s Nursing Practice Act.
· Assist with patient treatment and rehabilitation by performing nursing procedures for which he/she has been trained for the necessary skills
· Assist RN in carrying out the Plan of Care
· Complete clinical notes in a timely manner
· Communicate with patients, physicians, clinic managers, and other members of the Healthcare team in a timely manner
· Attend case on conference and participate in quality improvement activities
Requirements
· Graduate of an Accredited School of Vocational Nursing and hold a current State of Texas Nursing License
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· One Year experience as a LVN with a home health agency required
· Commitment to providing highest quality of care
· Computer Proficiency
· Possess strong organizational skills
· Valid state driver’s license and current auto liability insurance
· Upbeat and positive attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
