Description:
As a Leasing Agent, your main responsibility is creating a marketing strategy to attract prospective tenants to the property. You will provide potential residents with tours of the property, ensuring that they meet move-in requirements and are familiar with all the amenities the property offers.
Your responsibilities will include:

Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the property, amenities, and community to proactively promote the property.

Developing a marketing strategy to attract new prospects. - Conducting site tours that highlight the property's amenities and unit floor plans.

Timely follow-up of prospect inquiries from all sources, including prospect cards, emails, walk-ins, and phone calls.

Maintaining accurate data with regard to prospect sourcing information.

Working with community outreach groups to promote the property and attract prospective tenants.

Monitoring advertising effectiveness and return on investment.

Gathering market data on competition to maintain awareness.

Ensuring units are immaculate before a tenant's move-in date.

Providing high-quality customer service and sales.

Requirements:
This position will require frequent travel to support lease-up efforts, about 70% of the time.
- Three (3) years of previous relevant leasing experience is necessary.
- Fair Housing Certification is a must. A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent bending stooping and reaching in all directions, repetitive use of fingers and extremities due to data entry, sitting at a desk for extended periods of time, possible eye fatigue due to working with computer monitors, being required to walk a property, climbing and descending stairs, must be able to lift up to 20lbs.
